MILLERSVILLE INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD TEAM RECORDS TWO FIRST-PLACE FINISHES AT PRINCETON INVITE

Feb. 24 – The Millersville University indoor track and field team tallied a pair of first-place finished at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday.

Maggie Majka (fr. Schuylkill Valley HS) placed first in the women's long jump with a distance of 5.58 meters. Jared Kneebone (fr. Pleasant Valley HS) took first place in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:16.90.

Michele Frayne (jr. Cardinal O'Hara HS) tallied three top-10 finishes, taking third in the women's long jump (5.30 meters), fifth in the high jump (1.50 meters) and eighth in the 55-meter hurdles (8.97 meters).

Jess Leddy (jr. Hempfield HS) placed third in the 3,00-meter run with a time of 10:52.12.

Jess Rhyner (fr. Quakertown HS) and Nicole Rayson (so. Greenwood HS) placed fourth and fifth in the women's triple jump with distances of 9.17 and 8.66 meters.

Kelvin Reyes (sr. Cedar Crest HS) placed fourth in the men's 55-meter dash with a time of 6.52 seconds.

Adam Malloy (sr. Ephrata HS) placed fifth in the mile run with a time of 4:27.19.

The Marauders will now prepare for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championships, a two-day event that begins Sat., March 1 at East Stroudsburg University.
