Submission Deadlines for Grant Cycles:
Fall Cycle: October 1
(Activities from September 1 - December 31)
Spring Cycle: March 1
(Activities from January 1 - May 31)
Summer Cycle: June 1
(Activities from June 1 - August 31)
(If the 1st falls on a weekend, the deadline is moved to the following Monday)
Grants must be recieved by 4:00 pm on submission deadline. Requests for extensions will not be honored.

Publication
Purpose
Faculty members should be publishing their creative and scholarly works in books, refereed journals or similar publication. The purpose of the grant category is to help faculty offset page charges that may accompany publications.
Guidelines
- Requests for funds for publication should not exceed $1,000 per proposal
- Charges for reprints will not be supported. "Vanity press" publications will not be funded.
- Recognition should be given to Millersville University for its contributions to the success of the project.
- Publication grant proposals should be accompanied by verification of acceptance of publication and include detailed budgets.
