JAN 11	Residence Halls open at 12nn
JAN 12	Classes begin Late registration Drop/add period begins
JAN 16	Last day to drop a course without a grade (signed drop/add cards must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)
JAN 19	Holiday (University is CLOSED)
JAN 20	W grade period begins
JAN 21	Last day to add a course (signed drop/add cards must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm) Last day to submit a request to take a course on a pass/fail or audit basis (requests must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)
JAN 30	Application deadline for undergraduate Spring degree (applications must be filed in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm) Applications for the master's degree/graduation must be filed in the Graduate Studies Office

FEB 06	Deadline for making up an incomplete grade for a Fall 2008 undergraduate course
FEB 27	Spring recess begins after last class

MAR 09	Fall 2009 class schedules are available to view on the Web Schedule
MAR 27	Last day to withdraw from a course and receive a W grade (signed withdrawal card must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)
MAR 31	Graduate degree-seeking and certification students begin registration for Summer/Fall 2009 terms Summer 2009 undergraduate registration begins
APR 09-17	Early undergraduate registration for Fall 2009
APR 18	Alumni Weekend

APR 24	Deadline for submitting graduate theses and grades for research reports to the Graduate Studies Office
