The Information and Special Services Room (ISSR) is a single point source for distributing resources to commencement attendees.

Location

Pucillo Gymnasium (Fall Commencement)

The ISSR is located in the southwest corner of Pucillo Gymnasium as you enter the southwest vestibule (the vestibule nearest the men's locker room). Signs indicating the location of the ISSR will be posted in the gymnasium and the vestibule.

Biemesderfer Stadium (Spring Commencement)

The ISSR is located in the east end ticket window near the handicap parking area and the handicap entrance to the stadium. ISSR signs will be posted above the ticket window.

Staffing

Commencement Ambassadors operate the ISSR before, during, and immediately after the Commencement proceedings.

Resources/Services

The following resources and services are provided at the ISSR for any student, faculty member, staff person, or guest:

• Lost and Found
• Missing children (pick up)
• Information (questions and answers)
• Additional Commencement programs
• Large print Commencement programs
• Information about special needs (handicap accessible seating, wheelchairs, wheelchair lifts, handicap accessible rest rooms, elevators, etc.)
• Extra Commencement caps and tassels
