If you have misplaced your Pennsylvania certificate, you may order a duplicate from the Bureau of Teacher Preparation and Certification. Forms are available at any school district, Intermediate Unit or the Bureau of Teacher Preparation and Certification. A fee will be charged to process a duplicate certificate.
