Teaching in Middle Schools
If you are interested in becoming a middle school teacher, we have many options for you at Millersville.
Grade 4 - Grade 8
The Middle-Level education program within the Department of Early, Middle and Exceptional Education offers four concentrations for middle-level educators - English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Students in these programs work towards certification to teach students in grades 4 through 8.

Grade 7 - Grade 12
Secondary education programs will prepare you to teach students in grades 7 through 12. In conjunction with other departments across campus, Millersville University's Department of Educational Foundations offers secondary education programs in Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, English, Mathematics, Physics or Social Studies.
