Masters plus Certification

Thank you for visiting the School Counseling homepage. The Masters of Education School Counseling program at Millersville University offers a 36-credit program with an option for PDE (Pennsylvania Department of Education) Certification in School Counseling (an extra 9 to 12 credit hours). In addition to the required classes, students in the Masters of Education School Counseling program are required to complete a Core Competency Project during their time at Millersville University. This project will culminate in a research-based presentation to the faculty of the School Counseling faculty upon near-completion of the Master's level coursework.
