About Linda Krakaur

Linda received her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland. She earned a Master's in Drama in Education with first-class honors from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

Linda has worked as an educator for more than 25 years balancing life as a classroom teacher and teacher educator. She specializes in arts integration with a focus on culturally responsive teaching, inquiry-based instruction, and 21st century skills and knowledge. 

Linda has presented her unique approach to 21st century arts-based teaching and learning at state, national and international conferences including the UNESCO:International Drama in Education Association conferences in Hong Kong and France. She was also a member of the writing team for the new National Core Arts Theatre Standards.
