Dr. Weller earned her Doctor of Education Degree with a concentration in Human Sexuality from Widener University, Chester, PA.  Dr. Weller also studied at Amsterdam University in the Netherlands, as well as at the International Multicultural Language School in Cuernavaca, Mexico. 

In addition to previously being an Adjunct Professor at Kutztown University, Dr. Weller also teaches part-time at Alvernia University’s Social Work / Sociology Department in Reading, PA where she serves on their Advisory Board. 

She has an extensive background in supporting individuals with intellectual disability as an administrator with over 18 years of experience.  She has spent the last 13 years as a therapist in private practice.  Dr. Weller is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the American Association of Sexologists, Counselors, and Therapists.
