Dr. Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at Kutztown University and teaches in the BSW and MSW programs. Her professional interests include acculturation, child/youth identity development, education policy, educational achievement, ethnic diaspora, secondary post-traumatic stress, long-term care policy, and elder abuse.
