Assistant Professor of Ocean Sciences and Coastal Studies

Dr. Kumar is an expert in remote sensing and applications of satellite data to coastal region. He earned his BS and MS degrees in Physics from the University of Madras, India, and a PhD in Physical Oceangraphy from Old Dominion University.
