Mission Statement

Millersville Accounting Office, part of the Finance Division, is responsible for the University’s accounting services. The Office serves both internal and external constituents, and provides monitoring of the accounting information system, maintaining chart-of-accounts, ensuring the University’s compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, preparing University annual financial statements, coordinating with various external auditors, grants and contracts accounting, assisting other departments in accounting matters and in strengthening internal controls, providing internal and external accounting reports, filing applicable taxes, and performing accounts payable functions.
