With a tradition of excellence and a spirit of innovation that spans half a century, we currently offer over 50 master's degrees and professional certifications across a wide variety of arts, science, education and professional disciplines. And we are actively preparing new degree programs and options, such as the Master of Social Work (MSW) and the Master of Science in Emergency Management (MSEM), to help you reach your academic and career goals and to serve our region's workforce needs.

As an adult learner, we realize that your needs are somewhat different than our traditional undergraduate students. Our graduate programs typically feature evening courses on our convenient campus or at a growing number of off-site locations, and numerous options are available for winter session or summer study. Our focus on technology-enhanced education is continually expanding our ability to provide web-based distance education in either blended or completely on-line course formats.

The Council of Graduate Schools (CGS) is the only national organization in the United States that is dedicated solely to the advancement of graduate education and research. The mission of CGS is to advance graduate education in order to ensure the vitality of intellectual discovery and to promote an environment that cultivates rigorous scholarship.
