Electronics/Control System Technology
Bachelors of Science - Applied Engineering & Technology Management (4 year, typ.)
Electronics/Control System Option
Degrees Offered: Bachelor of Science and Associate of Technology
Information effective for students admitted since fall 2007.
Students pursuing the Electronics/Control Systems option explore issues and gain practical skills in dealing with power, control, and electronic systems. If you choose to concentrate in electronics systems, you will have courses preparing you to work with digital electronics, instrumentation, control circuitry, and electronic communication systems. The control concentration includes fluid power, robotic systems, and designing industrial control systems. This specialization offers both a bachelor's degree program (4 years, typ.) and an associate's degree program (2 years, typ.).
The coursework you'll complete is divided into two basic categories – general education (required by the University) and departmental requirements (major coursework). The information below details the departmental requirements for both the bachelor's degree and the associate’s degree. Dr. Mark Snyder is the coordinator for all Applied Engineering & Technology Management Programs. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Dr. Snyder at Mark.Snyder@Millersville.edu.
