Originally from Denmark, Line Bruntse currently lives and works in Lancaster, PA. She received her MFA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her BFA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. A member of the Millersville University Art Department since 2006, she teaches beginning through advanced sculpture, including bronze casting, as well as foundations courses such as 2D Design, 3D Design, and Drawing I.

She has exhibited in the eastern US and Europe, including exhibitions at Maryland Art Place, Baltimore; Mobius, Boston; Green Stree Gallery, Boston; Exit Art, New York; Silkeborg Museum of Art, Denmark; Hotel Pupik, Schrattenberg, Austria; Griffnerhaus, Austria; O'AIR, Milan, Italy; Fabbrica del Vapore, Milan Italy; and L'Oratorio di San Ludovico, Venice Italy for the 2009 Venice Biennale, Italy.

Ms. Bruntse is also the primary point of contact for the Emerging Artist in Residence program at Millersville University.
