Assistant Professor, Athletic Training Program Coordinator
In his 29th year at Millersville University. He received his BS degree in physical education from West Virginia University and his Master’s from Kansas State University. He earned BOC certification as an athletic trainer in 1981 and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Hank coordinates the dual degree program which is a unique collaboration between MU and West Chester University. Students study Biology at MU and at the same time are enrolled in the Athletic Training Program at WCU.
Hank serves on a number of professional commitees. He is the chair of the College/University Committee for the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers' Society (PATS) and also serves on the Technology committee. In addition, he is the webmaster for both PATS and the Lancaster-Lebanon Athletic Trainers' Association (LLATA). He was recently elected President of the LLATA. He is a past reciepient of the PATS Service Award for recognition of dedication, loyalty, & service to the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers' Society
