You can view and print your semester bill by:

1. Select MAX from main web page
2. Enter your student user ID  (M# use upper case)
3. Enter your MAX pin #
4. Select Student Services
5. Select Bursar Student Accounts
6. Select View E-Bill

Parents with third party authorization (see below) can view the semester bill by:

1.  Select the Gold Parent Tab from main web page 
2.  Under Payment Portal select Sign In
3.  After signing in Select View Bill

To allow parent/third party access to billing:

1. Select MAX from Main Web Page
2. Select Student Services
3. Select Bursar Student Accounts
4. Select Parent (Third Party) Access to Billing
5. Accept Terms by checking the box
6. Select Authorize Payer Email Address
7. Select Add New Third Party
8. Provide Email Address (parent/third party)
9. Set Up User Id and Password
10. Select Notify to send notice to parent/third party with setup information

Semester bills are available to view on approximately:

• 11-08-11  Winter 2012 - Due 11-30-11
• 11-21-11  Spring 2012 - Due 12-12-11
• 04-17-12  Summer 1 2012 - Due 04-30-12
• 05-11-12  Summer 2 2012 - Due 05-28-12
• 06-08-12  Summer 3 2012 - Due 07-02-12
• 07-16-12  Fall 2012 - Due 08-08-12
