Description: On March 7, as part of First Thursday Latino, the Ware Center will host an opening night reception for the Lancaster Latino Arts Festival. This event, which will be held at 6 p.m., will include Latino music featuring a regional Latino band, remarks by dignitaries from the Latino community and art by local Hispanic teens as part of the Lancaster County Young Artists Exhibit.

The Latino Arts Festival encompasses three days of events at the Ware Center. The kick-off reception begins the festival on Thursday, March 7. Friday, March 8 will feature a concert by Braziliance Jazz Ensemble, featuring Hector Rosado at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 9 has a full-day of events beginning at 11 a.m. with the Pushcart Player's Production of "Cuentos Del Arbol," a Fam Fun Fest bi-lingual event for the whole family. At 2 p.m. on March 9, U.K.s Sylvia Collier's award-winning documentary "To Dance Like a Man" will be shown in Steinman Hall. At 7:30 p.m. on March 9 the Latin Fiesta Band & Dance Troupe will perform with a post-show reception.
