Description: On September 7, New Age Brass will be the first to perform in Millersville University's new Winter Visual and Performing Arts Center. This event will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Biemesderfer Concert Hall.

About the Artists: First establishing their group at Millersville University back in 2008, the modern brass performers are now composed of Millersville alums John Maurer '12, trumpet; Dan Meeker '11, tuba and Dan Stauffer '08, trumpet, Eastman Conservatory alum Nate Reit, '09, trombone and Tommy Rieger, Mont Clair University '13, French horn. The New Age Brass has had the privilege of performing all around North America, specifically in venues such as the Pennsylvania Academy of Music in Lancaster, the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia and at the Banff Centre in Alberta, Canada.

Ticket Information: This event is free and open to the public; however, tickets are required. Tickets may be reserved online, at MUTicketsOnline.com, at the Student Memorial Center Ticket Office (Room 103), by calling the Ticket Office at 717-872-3811 or at the Ware Center Box Office (42 N. Prince St., Lancaster). Ticket Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Winter Center Box Office will be open one hour prior to showtime.
