Additional Information
Dr. Paul has worked through Millersville University's Engaged Scholars Program to establish the Deliberative Dialogue Initiative that encourages the use of public dialogue and deliberation as ways to build community in conflict. He is also a trainer and volunteer facilitator with the Center for Community Peacemaking, a local restorative justice organization. He has also worked with scholars from around the university at investigating factors affecting student persistence at Millersville University.
