MU Closed Wednesday
With the forecast of “a wintry mix changing to snow,” Millersville University has decided to close the campus for Wednesday, November 26. It is important to note that ALL classes will be held, as scheduled, the remainder of today and tonight. Only essential personnel are to report on Wednesday.

The Snapper is the weekly newspaper of Millersville University. The Snapper invites any and all contributions from students, faculty and staff of Millersville University, and we accept staff applications regardless of Major. Their purpose, as stated in their constitution, is as follows:
“The purpose of The Snapper shall be to disseminate Millersville University and the surrounding community news concerning students, faculty, administration and staff in an unbiased and unprejudiced manner and to facilitate expression of the attitudes and ideas of the student body and faculty, administration and staff.”

Student Senate is the student government organization at Millersville University. This organization handles student issues/concerns, Club Funding, and Constitutional/Judicial affairs between clubs and promotes the general welfare of the University by providing a medium for expressing student opinion while applying the practices and principles of democratic governments. Meetings are held every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in SMC 118E.
University Activities Board (UAB)
The University Activities Board (UAB) provides a variety of programs during the weeknights and weekends for the Millersville campus. Membership is open to any Millersville University student who wants to get involved with student programming. Meetings are held every Wednesday at 9:15 p.m. in room 118 in the SMC!
WIXQ, known as The Ville, is the University radio station. This student run station can be listened to 24/7 by tuning into 91.7 on the Lancaster FM band or by streaming www.wixq.com globally.
