Data Services

Millersville University Data Services addresses the "back office" aspects of fundraising. Its role is to:

• Acquire and maintain information relevant to Millersville University cultivation and solicitation activities
• Maintain information on alumni, parents, donors, and friends
• Manage the alumni development database
• Survey, research, and identify donor prospects
• Provide statistical, demographic, and financial reports to authorized departments and individuals
• Assist departments campus-wide with information needs through the distribution of lists, labels, and reports
