As a scholarship recipient, you are required to write a personal thank you note and must complete a scholar profile to share with Millersville University donors. If you do not fulfill this requirement, your award will not be disbursed.

Step 1:

Write your thank you note or visit the Development Office for assistance. Please view sample thank you notes. 

Step 2:

Complete the on-line Scholarship Recipient Questionnaire no later than Monday, October 31, 2011. Continue to Scholarship Recipient Questionnaire.

Step 3:

Please attach a digital photo to your questionnaire or send one directly to devgrad@millersville.edu OR call the Development Office at 717-872-3820 to schedule a time to have a photo taken.

General guidelines for Scholar Profile photos:

1. Submit only photos that are appropriate and present a clear picture of your face. No hats or sunglasses, please!
2. Do not wear logos advertising other schools, businesses, sports teams or universities other than Millersville University.
