As a scholarship recipient, you must complete a scholar profile to share with Millersville University donors. The individuals and organizations who donate to student scholarships value learning something about you—the student impacted by their gift. Your scholar profile will allow University donors to see their gift at work impacting the lives of hard-working and dedicated Millersville student-scholars like you.

Step 1:

Complete the on-line Scholarship Recipient Questionnaire no later than Friday, August 14, 2009. Continue to Scholarship Recipient Questionnaire.

Step 2:

Please send a digital photo to mintern2@millersville.edu by August 14, 2009 OR call the Development Office at (717) 872-3820 to schedule a time to have a photo taken.

General guidelines for Scholar Profile photos:

1. Submit only photos that are appropriate and present a clear picture of your face. No hats or sunglasses, please!
2. Do not wear logos advertising other schools, businesses, sports teams or universities other than Millersville University.
