Millersville University of Pennsylvania Commitment to an Inclusive Community at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, we hold that an inclusive community is a core value that is an essential part of the foundation for our community. Millersville is firmly committed to supporting and advancing the diversity of its campus community. We see diversity as being a characteristic of the community and all its constituents.
