Ben Achey is a Spanish BSE major at MU and has loved languages and writing for a long time. He enjoys music and the arts as well. He also enjoys participating in University Christian Fellowship (UCF). Ben loves to travel and see new places, people, and cultures. He has no clue where God will take him in this life, but he is pumped to find out.

I'm a sophomore English Education major and planning on adding an option of ESL. I'm a big fan of reading and writing. I write for the News section of the Snapper. I also joined the woman's rugby team this year, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Other than the aforementioned activities, I like to sleep, peruse the internet, and contemplate the future.

Hey everyone, my name is Eric and I am an English Education major with an option in linguistics and a recent addition to the Chryst Writing Center. I work not only in the center, but also as a PSI tutor assisting freshman writers in the classroom. My area of expertise falls primarily in the realm of "big idea" issues; I am best equipped to assist with generating ideas or structuring an essay. In addition to working at the CWC, I am a big fan of sports (especially Notre Dame football and Yankee baseball) and art, specifically drawing. I look forward to the day I am in charge of my own classroom and can apply all I have learned from my time here at MU.

Hey I'm Amber, a sophomore English major. I enjoy writing and reading-- and tutoring. When I'm not in class or at the writing center, I'm hanging out with my friends, going to the movies, or walking around downtown Lancaster.

Lisa Palmer is a sophomore Business major with a Management option. She is a part of the University Honors College and the Honors College Student Association. She likes reading, writing, music, and adventures. She plans to graduate in Spring 2013.

Hello, I'm Melissa! I'm a sophomore English/Secondary Education major. I hope to teach at an urban school in Pittsburgh after I graduate. I'm an avid Steelers and Penguins fan. I love to read and write; I'm a huge nerd. If I'm not doing any of that, I can be found camping, hiking, or enjoying time with my family, friends, and kitten, Yoda. My writing strengths are in grammar and mechanics, so I hope I can be of use to you during your visits to the center!
