Project Description

The project entails the repair of six (6) existing shower located on in the Harbold & Diehm Residence Hall facilities.  Scope of work for each shower room includes replacement of existing showers, flooring, ceramic wall tile, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.  Modifications to the existing ventilation system shall include a new roof mounted energy recovery unit and associated air distribution system.  Miscellaneous repairs include upgrades to the existing basement kitchen.  Total area of construction is approximately 12,800 SF with an estimated construction value of $1,000,000.

Issue date for Bid package: January 17, 2012

Bid documents must be received from Millersville University

Bidders must attend the prebid meeting and/or visit the site in order to submit a bid. 

Liquidated Damages are applicable

Cost Range:

GC - $300,000 - $500,000

HVAC - $100,000 - $300,000

Plumbing - $100,000 - $300,000

Electrical - $50,000 - $100,00
