Welcome to the Finance and Administration web site for Millersville University. The Finance and Administration (F&A) team is responsible for furthering the university's mission through leadership and service in the areas of finance, facilities planning and management, construction, human resources, dining and conference services, and administrative support. We are dedicated to providing high quality services to our students, faculty, staff, and guests as well as providing a safe, caring, functional, and sustainable environment in which to learn, work and collaborate. The F&A division is made up of eleven departments: Accounting, Budget, Bursar, Dining and Conference Services, Facilities Management, Financial Aid, Human Resources, Information Technology, Purchasing and Campus Services, Sustainability, and the Visual and Performing Arts.
