Before downloading and submitting an application to complete any internship, Social Work field placement, student teaching placement, or any other professional experience abroad for academic credit, you are REQUIRED to complete the entire application process with the Office of Global Education and the respective offices for your experience. You MUST refer to the process outline for each opportunity abroad, which outlines the step by step guidelines in detail BEFORE starting an application.

Read the following directions before beginning your application packet.

There are three sections of the application packet (Sections A, B, and C) that must be completed before applications will be reviewed. Incomplete or partial application packets will not be accepted.

1. Select your program's application (in Section A)
2. Review eligibility requirements (on application page one)
3. Reference the checklist (on application page two)
4. Print, sign and date the appropriate pages from each section and submit the application packet to the appropriate offices.

Note: This application is a "typeable" PDF document, which means that you must first save a blank copy to your computer and then open the PDF from your computer. This will allow you to type directly into each page of the application packet. Handwritten application packets will not be accepted.
