MU Professor-Led Courses Abroad
MU Courses Abroad
Millersville University courses abroad are short-term courses that are coordinated by MU professors and are offered during the summer or winter sessions. These courses vary between one and two weeks in length and usually require additional class meetings on Millersville's campus before or after travel dates. Past courses have taken place in Chile, Mexico, Spain, England and Northern Ireland. New offerings are continually under development, so check this website for updates.
If you are interested in participating in one of Millersville's courses abroad, it is important to plan early and contact the professor offering the course as soon as possible, as each course has a limited number of participants allowed and the courses tend to fill up quickly. Review the links listed in the "Current Courses" section below for detailed information about each course.
Classes and Credits
Each course typically counts as 3 credits; however, it may be more or less, depending on the length of the course. Review each course's "Program Offerings" to determine how the course can count in order to make academic progress. Some course offerings count as General Education classes and/or General Education requirements.
Note: Each course has varying costs beyond the 3-credit Millersville tuition and fees.
