In summer 2009, Millersville University began offering courses towards the M.Ed. in Language & Literacy, along with the Reading Specialist certificate at the Dover Area School District in York County. Courses are offered in a variety of formats with face-to-face meetings.  Click on the following links to download a copy of the cohort agreement.
