Millersville University will begin offering courses towards a certification in Special Education and/or the M.Ed. in Special Education beginning this spring. Courses will be offered in a variety of formats with face-to-face meetings at the Dixon Center in Harrisburg. Participants must have their special education certification to join this cohort.
