Manages and oversees all aspects of the Corporate University (CorpU).

Biographical Information

Ms. Alling brings to her new role an extensive professional background in customized training; organizational development; client development and retention; and business-to-business outreach.  Her previous experience includes positions as Manager of the Corporate Training Division, Maryland Transit Administration; Development and Outreach Specialist for the Pennsylvania State University; and Director of the Children's Miracle Network for Penn State University's Children's Hospital, Hershey Medical Center.  She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the Pennsylvania State University.

In addition to her significan client and business development expertise, Ms. Alling is a strong advocate for, and champion of, lifelong learning and professional development for multiple constitutent groups.
