2nd Annual Take A Hike - Spring 2012 Semester
Join the Employee Wellness Team as we "hike" the Continental Divide as part of our Win at Wellness, Spring 2012 Employee Walking Challenge. Each team (maximum 12 members) will record its steps online to see how far it travels along the Continental Divide, a 3,100 mile trail from Canada to Mexico. Accumulate steps by walking, running, swimming, dancing, or whatever exercise you prefer. This 14-week challenge will begin on January 30 and continue to May 7, 2012. The campus community will be able to view the competition online and encourage their team.
If you need a team, we will find you one.
Healthy U participants will earn 25 points.
