    How do I contact the Dean's office?

    Where is Myers Auditorium (McComsey Room 260)?

    From McComsey Hall's parking lot, follow the sidewalk path heading towards Frederick Street to the front of McComsey Hall. From McComsey Hall's entrance on East Frederick Street, the C. Maxwell and Edna H. Myers Auditorium is located directly inside to your right. Enter the auditorium from the central lobby.

    Where are telephones in McComsey Hall?

    There are multiple phones available for on campus calls. One phone is located in the central lobby of McComsey Hall on the second floor. Other on-campus phones can be found in the classroom wing and in individual classrooms.

    Are computer labs located in McComsey?

    A Mac lab is on the first floor in McComsey Room 119. A PC lab is on the second floor in Room 235.

    May students make photo copies in McComsey?

    There is not a specific copier assigned for student use in McComsey. The nearest copier available to students is located in Ganser Library or in the SMC (Student Memorial Center).

    Where can I get a cup of coffee?

    Answer: Although coffee is not currently available in McComsey Hall, it can be purchased in the SMC and in Gordinier Hall. Soda, candy and fruit juice dispensing machines are located on the first floor of McComsey in the classroom wing.

    I'm using one of McComsey's computer labs and my disk won't read, the printer is out of paper or toner, or the computer I'm using isn't working properly. Who do I contact about this?

    The computer labs on campus are maintained by the Department of Information Technology. You should contact the Help Desk at 717-871-2371 with any issues that might arise.

    Where in McComsey Hall is the Dean's Office of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences?

    Upon entering the Frederick Street entrance, pass through the main lobby and make a right. Our office is Room 234, behind the plate-glass windows.

    I accidentally left a personal item in a classroom or public area. Is there a lost and found?

    Occasionally a faculty, staff member, or student will turn in such items. The Dean's Office in McComsey keeps a lost and found, as does the Information Desk in the Student Memorial Center.

    How do I determine whether or not a classroom is available at a particular time?

    Classroom schedules are kept by the Registrar's Office. Millersville affiliated individuals, groups and organizations must contact the Registrar's Office in order to determine room availability or to reserve space. Individuals, groups, or organizations not affiliated with Millersville University must work through University Dining & Conference Services.

    How do I reserve a classroom space for a meeting or other special event?

    Classrooms are available for reservation only when a class is not scheduled to meet in the room. Reservations will only be made between 7:00am and 11:00pm when the University is open. Students, faculty and staff may reserve space for University-related activities through the Registrar's Office (Phone: (717)872-3035 or email john.sicotte@millersville.edu.) Individuals, groups, and organizations not affiliated with Millersville University must make reservations through Univesrity Dining & Conference Services (Phone: (717)872-3443).
