Every MU student automatically gets a my'Ville account and Marauder email account upon admission to the University. my'Ville is the student portal to the University's computing and networking systems - your access point to Millersville University's on-line services. Residence Hall students must have a valid my'Ville account to access the internet from their dorm room, as will all students using computers in the various labs around campus.
Marauder email is how you will communicate with your faculty. That is also the account that is used by university administrative offices in their official communications with students. In order to properly activate your student email account, the student must complete an "Internet Account User Agreement Form."
In addition, students that take on-line courses, or courses that utilize on-line resources, get a BlackBoard or eCollege account. BlackBoard and eCollege accounts are generated two weeks before the class is scheduled to begin.
