Troubleshooting, Reporting Problems, Requesting Changes or Help!
- Telephone is not ringing – telephone clicks during incoming calls. This usually indicates the ringer is turned off.
12-SD Telephones – to adjust move wheel-type control (left side) toward front of phone.
30-SD Telephones – press the “up” arrow (face of phone) during incoming call.
- Telephone display is blank.
12-SD – adjust display by sliding the wheel-type control right side (toward) back of set.
30-SD – when phone is idle, press the “up” arrow (located on face of phone).
- Outgoing call cannot be completed.
If you hear a “fast” busy, verify the number you are dialing and ensure dialing instructions are correct. If problem persists contact the Help Desk at 871-2371.
- For additional information, help, or to request changes or new telephone service contact the Help Desk at 871-2371. Please allow 5-7 business days for new or changes to existing service to be completed. If the problem is urgent, you will be contacted on the same business day.
