• Students must successfully complete the prescribed academic curriculum.
• Participate in 100% of all program activities or no less than 90% of all activities.
• Take both the PSAT & SAT.
• Attend J.P. McCaskey High School for at least 11th and 12th grade.
• Graduate from J.P. McCaskey High School with a 2.50 or better.

• Skills development workshops (1 per month)
• Student/Parent meetings (1 per month)
• Corporate mentoring sessions (1 per month)
• Follow your high school's college-bound curriculum plan.
• Under the Scholarship Eligibility section, the following bullets should be added:
• The minimum G.P.A. required for scholarship eligibility will be 2.50.
• There will be a review each semester of each student's academic progress while at Millersville 
• University to determine continued scholarship assistance.

• All senior students must complete the state and federal grant applications by the May 1st deadline of each year.
• Sponsoring businesses will provide funds to cover the costs of tuition, room, and board not covered by Federal or State grants.
• The minimum G.P.A. required for scholarship eligibility will be 2.50.
• There will be a review each semester of each student’s academic progress while at Millersville University to determine continued scholarship assistance.

Upon determining the students' scholarship eligibility, each student's high school G.P.A. will be used upon graduation from J.P. McCaskey High School to determine the financial commitment by the Lancaster Partnership Program. The minimum G.P.A. required for scholarship eligibility will be 2.50 to 2.70 in order to receive the maximum payout of $2,000 per year per student.

To determine continued scholarship assistance, there will be a review each semester of each student's academic progress while at Millersville University. The following will be the sliding scale for scholarship assistance:

2.50 to 2.70 G.P.A.
Acquired PHEAA Grant/acquired Pell Grant/and a $1,000 per semester Lancaster Partnership Program Scholarship Grant which will result in a maximum pay out of a maximum $2,000 per year per student in this category. Students will be required to make application with the Citizen Foundation for interest free loan to pay for the difference not covered by State and Federal and Lancaster Partnership financial assistance.

2.71 to 3.20 G.P.A.
Acquired PHEAA Grant/acquired Pell Grant/and a $1,500 per semester Lancaster Partnership Program Scholarship Grant which will result in a maximum Lancaster Partnership Program Scholarship payout of $3,000 per year per student in this category. Students will be required to make application with the Citizen Foundation for interest free loan to pay for the difference not covered by State and Federal and Lancaster Partnership financial assistance.

3.21 to 4.0 G.P.A.
Acquired PHEAA Grant/acquired Pell Grant/and $100% tuition waiver/remission per year per student in this category (not to exceed $5000.00 dollars).

Maximum of 10 undergraduate payments (5 years).

J.P. McCaskey students transferring to Millersville University must successfully complete 12 transferable credits.

The Partnership student must maintain his/her eligibility of both his/her Title IV and PHEAA Grant funds, in order to continue Partnership funding.

Partnership students who have withdrawn from Millersville and wish to re-enter as a Partnership recipient must:

1. Be in good academic standing as defined by the University.
2. Be eligible to receive Title IV and PHEAA Grant Funds.
