If you are a student applying to become a peer mentor to an underclassman, follow these two easy steps:

1. Submit an online application.
2. Download and print a Peer Mentor Recommendation form  (pdf) and ask a professor or work supervisor to complete it, sign it and submit it to the MMAP.
3. Sign up to attend a Mentoring Training Workshop.

Once you have submitted your online application, watch for an email with information about training and next steps.
