Planning an Event
Student organizations may book the Winter Visual and Performing Arts Center at no rental cost for their performing arts or lecture event if they are in good standing with the Bursar's office and followed the process outlined in the student organization handbook. The event must be appropriate for the venue and labor costs will be charged at $25/hour. Reservations will open in March prior to the next academic year. Please fill out the following form if interested in holding your event at the Winter Center.
