Lyte Auditorium Room B 3:00 – 4pm – If you are interested in attending, please let me know.  We’ll learn a few techniques for songwriting, talk about form, and if you have any songs you’d like workshopped, bring them in!

Friday Oct. 30 – Coaching Hour

– Lyte Auditorium Room A (Recording Studio Large Room). Open to anyone who wants to have coaching on a band, a song, classical, jazz, or pop.  The focus can be on the music, the performance, stage presence, etc. Please let me know if you would like to play as it will be on a first come first serve basis. Be ready to perform what you would like to be coached on, and if this fills up fast, there will be more coaching hours offered!

Friday November 6 – ProTools 8 Session

– Held in Stayer Hall Room 211.

 In case you haven’t been in the studio a while, we’ve upgraded to ProTools 8!  There are some things that are new and that have changed with this new version as well as new plugins that have been added.  Please come to brush up your skills!

Friday November 13 – Beginning Improvisation

– Lyte Auditorium Room A (Recording Studio large room). If you’ve always wanted to play jazz or pop, or you’d just like to come in and jam, please join me in learning some tips and techniques to learn to improvise.  Bring your instruments (and voices), an open mind, and be ready to play.  Remember – there ARE no wrong notes!
