Millersville University offers quality music programs for music majors, music minors, and non majors. Faculty members are always available to answer questions and meet with prospective students for sample lessons, facility tours, or to discuss university life at Millersville. *All students auditioning, regardless of performance medium, must sing one of two required vocal selections so that we may assess your vocal ability. These are simple folk songs and can be found here: Audtion Vocal Selections - print this out and bring it with you.

Entrance into the Department of Music requires acceptance by both the Admissions Office and the Department of Music. Acceptance by the Department of Music requires successful completion of all four components of the audition (Millersville University Music Department Audition Requirements).

Applying to both Millersville University and the Department of Music is essentially a three step process:

• Acceptance into Millersville University
• Acceptance into the Department of Music
• Passing the audition process
