Additional Information
Dr. Tuleya-Payne began her education at Pennsylvania State University, where she received a B.S. in psychology and biology. She then continued her education at Penn State obtaining her M.S. as well as her Ed.D. Dr. Tuleya-Payne's areas of specialization include: school psychology, psychoeducational assessment and applied behavioral analysis.
Here at Millersville, Dr. Tuleya-Payne instructs Development of the Child and Adolescent (PSYC 227) at the undergraduate level and Classroom Intervention, Professional Seminar in School Psychology, Psychological Assessment I, and Psychological Assessment II at the graduate level. Dr. Tuleya-Payne is a licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She is also interested in research involving professional issues in school psychology.
