Winter 2009

DEC 14	Last day to register via Max for Winter
NOTE!	Dates & refunds for Drop/Add & Withdraw from a Class differ for the Winter term. Please see the Drop/Add Form & Withdraw Form for dates. For refunds, please visit the Bursar's Office website.
DEC 15	Winter 2009 term begins
DEC 17	Last day to submit a request to take a course on a pass/fail or audit basis (requests must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)
JAN 02	Application deadline for Winter graduation
JAN 02	Last day to change a pass/fail grade to a regular grade
JAN 11	Winter classes end after last final examination
JAN 16	Final grades for Winter term available to students via MAX after 12nn

When inclement weather forces the University to close, faculty are responsible for distributing a make-up plan to their classes.

Faculty are also responsible for determining and distributing their Final Examination schedule to their classes at the beginning of the term.
