Millersville's Water Polo Club is a co-ed club aimed at having fun. Governed by the Collegiate Water Polo Association, Millersville's competitive season formulates in the fall where they compete in the Mid-Atlantic Division. Millersville rivals the division with Penn State, University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon, Bloomsburg, Villanova, Slippery Rock, University of Delaware and several others. In the Spring, the club competes in several invitational tournaments, including their own home tournament.
