Project Description:

Project consists of 11,000 SF of renovation and 7,000 SF addition to the Gordinier facility.  The expansion includes a new entrance, offices, a new cafe style food service area, open lounge area, and restrooms.  Selected building infrastructure upgrades include; plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.  Landscaping and paving of the surrounding building site are minimal.  IT/telecommunication are not included in this package.

Issue Date - December 3, 2009.  Prime Contractors must request a bid packet from the University Contracting Office.
