Desktop Support

Help Desk Operator Assist users via the phone/walk-ins on both platforms and university software.
* Do you know how to get a computer connected to the Internet? If so, explain how to get to the network settings and how to get them connected to the internet.
Desktop Support Technician Setting up new computers, software installs, maintenance of campus computers.

Web Development

Instructional Designer Create web-based courses using multimedia applications.

Web Developer Develop and maintain departmental websites.

Networking Technician

Computer Operator Monitor and support campus network, large-scale computer systems, and servers.
Windows Server Technician
