The Millersville Mentoring Alliance Program (MMAP) aims to foster a culture of mentoring at Millersville University by making mentoring a visible, core experience and value of the Millersville community.
Mentoring happens in many ways, sometimes naturally and sometimes formally as part of a program. While there are unique benefits to all styles of mentoring, the MMAP focuses on providing opportunities for students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni and the community to intentionally connect in meaningful and personal ways.
