Following is a list of current partnering programs at Millersville:
Color of Teaching Program
MU Education majors mentor high school and middle school students while faculty and professional educators mentor college students. The program is focused on increasing diversity in the teacher workforce.
Lancaster Partnership Program
One-on-one mentoring is part of the curriculum for freshmen coming to Millersville through this scholarship program
Peer Health Educator/Empower Peer Educator Mentoring Program
Veteran Peer Educators mentor new Peer Educators
Social Work Department/High School Mentoring
MU Junior Social Work majors mentor students one-on-one in local school districts (Penn Manor, Hempfield, and ELANCO) to fulfill their field placement degree requirement.
Project Cygnet and Work Study After School Mentoring
MU Students volunteer to mentor students after school and with various community outreach programs.
