The results are in!  Millersville University has always been committed to creating a campus climate that is welcoming and accepting of all of our similarities and differences.  Creating an inclusionary campus environment is integral to ensuring that students, faculty, and staff have the best opportunity to discover and distribute knowledge. 

In Spring 2009, Millersville University administered a survey to undergraduate students, faculty, staff and administrators to gather information about campus climate. The results of 2009 can be found here.   However, due to the low response rate especially among the student population, in Spring of 2010, all Millersville University undergraduate students were invited to participate in a modified campus climate survey.  The information gleaned from the 2010 data analysis will help to heighten awareness about campus climate issues here at Millersville University and inform decision making about future programs and services.  This report will ultimately impact a variety of goals and objectives within the University's Strategic Plan for Equity, Diversity and Community, which will be developed over the course of the 2011-12 academic year.
