Important Dates & Proposed Courses
January 23: Classes begin/ Late registration online/ Drop- add period begins online
January 29: Last day to drop or add a course online (by 11:59pm)
February 6: Summer class schedules available to view on web
Februay 8: Applications for the master's degree/ graduation must be filed in the Graduate Studies Office
March 5: Registration begins for summer sessions
March 12: Spring recess begins at 7am
March 18: Spring Comprehensive Exam
March 19: Spring recess ends at 7am/ Fall web schedule & other registration available online
April 3: Graduate degree- seeking and certification students begin registration for & fall term
April 11: Graduate non- degree students begin registration for fall term
May 4: Deadline for submitting graduate theses and grades for research reports to the Graduate Studies Office/ Last day for graduate students to make up an incomplete grade/ Last day of regular class meetings for spring
May 7-11: Evaluation period- Special class schedule/ Classes will meet during this period for regular instruction or for examinations/ Degree audit access is restricted from May 9 to May 18
May 11: Graduate Studies Commencement 6:30 in Pucillo Gymnasium
May 16: Final grades for spring term are due from faculty by 11pm
May 18: Final grades for spring term available to students via MAX after 4:30pm
